A5 Anxiety Journal
Anxiety is a bitch. So I created a journal to help me and others deal with it, particularly if you're like me and require externalisation to understand a concept.
It's also pretty; with silver stamping on the cover and silvered page edges. Sometimes pretty is what you need.
The A5 journal is split into two sections: the pre-created exercises, and a standard dot bullet journal. While I'm not a medical professional, I based this off both my own experience and The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook (7th ed.) by Edmund J. Bourne. The exercises within this anxiety management journal include:
- Front matter
- Your personal bill of rights
- Checking in...
- Check yourself
- Tell the emotional Karen off
- Choose your affirmation
- Affirmation positive/negative in the moment
- Worry tracker
- Anxiety tracker
- All the good things
- Kicking goals
- Goal plan of action
- The circle of life
- 100 pages of dot grid
Features
- Colour/s: Light blue, silver, black, pink
- Size: A5
- Weight: 210 grams
- Finish: Silvered edges, pressed silver on cover and spine
- Number of pages: 180
- Front cover description: a figure is on a floaty in the middle of the ocean, seen from above, with a mermaid splashing in one corner, and a beach in the other, with an umbrella and drink, with "fuck anxiety" silvered in the corner aligned right.
- Back cover description: A figure in a unicorn floaty with pink hair in the middle of the ocean with text in the middle: 'A ship is safe in the harbour but that is not what ships are meant for.'

A charming addition to my collection!
The bookplates are beautifully minimal and the designs are so fun. They’re the perfect size for all of my novels, and I will eventually commit to using them for their intended purpose, but for now they are the perfect size to use as bookmarks!
One of the best gifts I've ever been given!
One day I received these stickers in the mail from my friend as a gift. Once I figured out what they were, and what they said, I couldn’t stop laughing.
Now I put them on everything I can. I also like to cut backing paper into long strips with all 7 stickers in a row, and give them to friends for their own enjoyment.
My only problem is that now I’m running out and have to buy some. This is a great product for people with a slightly off sense of humor. It’s subtle, classy, and fun.
