Anxiety is a bitch. So I created a journal to help me and others deal with it, particularly if you’re like me and require externalisation to understand a concept.

It’s also pretty; with silver stamping on the cover and silvered page edges. Sometimes pretty is what you need.

The A5 journal is split into two sections: the pre-created exercises, and a standard dot bullet journal. While I’m not a medical professional, I based this off both my own experience and The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook (7th ed.) by Edmund J. Bourne.
